Who we need:

The Instructional Design and Training Associate is responsible for writing and editing the learning content for end-user training and creating job aids and documentation. Participates in design activities and works with teams to develop lesson plans. Involved in learning program development, supported technical training environment, delivers classroom training, and updates training materials.

What you’ll do:

• Participate in the development and implementation of the training programs for the assigned applications and impacted learners
• Support Learning course development, ongoing new hire education, go-live/end-user support, demonstrations of the Product system, and other duties pertinent to onboarding & education
• Prepare and maintains learning materials
• Work with training coordinators to schedule appropriate courses
• Ensure all materials for each course are ready for scheduled classes
• Deliver end-user training
• Document learning product completions in tracking tools
• Obtain a thorough understanding of the assigned Product applications and applicable Client/Acentra Health operational workflows
• Participate in workflow designs and system builds to gain an in-depth knowledge of the system functionality and rationale for the workflow designs
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

• Lead others to adhere to established industry best practices, standards, and quality
• Maintain a positive image when dealing with department personnel and other Client/Acentra Health employees

Required Experience

• 1+ years of work in a corporate or technical learning environment where you:
  • Compose detailed written coursework (job aids, instructor-led plans, eLearning) that summarizes and explains critical concepts
  • Create and edit screenshots
  • Develop eLearning content
  • Create and follow work plans
  • Design and develop content for learning

Preferred Experience

• Application of adult learning theory
• Experience with publishing to a Learning Management System
• Application of templates for learning products
• Experience in a business setting
• Experience in a team setting
• Experience with authoring tools, such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline/Rise, or Camtasia
