    Person with strong people skills who is organized, detail oriented, and team-driven needed to perform Help Desk Support. Primary duties include answering phones and e-tickets for Faculty and Students with questions or issues about Canvas LMS, Webex, Respondus LockDown Browser. Conduct online conference support with Faculty and Students. Knowledge of varying hardware (i.e. PC, MAC, iPad, Chromebook, Android). Maintain/update training materials and eCampus Knowledge Base articles. Have ability to create and conduct multi-media training and tutorials.

    Required Education

    Associate degree or equivalent hours in a computer technologies related field.

    Required Skills & Abilities

    Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (Canvas, etc.). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects. Detail oriented. Knowledge of varying computer platforms.

    Preferred Skills & Abilities

    Experience with multi-media, audio, video capture, and manipulation.

    • Software proficiency preferred: Canvas LMS, Microsoft Office, Snagit, Camtasia, Webex
    Required Experience

    Two years of current related work experience in multimedia software applications, training, and Internet technologies.

    Preferred Experience

    Three years of current related work experience in a college or university environment including distance education, help desk, and working with faculty in instructional technology implementation. Course management system administrator level proficiency.
