    Job Title: eLearning Specialist

    Location: Stevens Point, WI – Corporate Office

    • May include remote opportunities in the following states: AZ, FL, IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI. No relocation assistance is provided.

    Starting Salary: $49,352.06 – $54,287.27 (Salary commensurate with experience)

    If so, being one of Skyward’s eLearning Specialists might be a great fit for you! Our eLearning Specialists are talented communicators who use their Skyward software knowledge, understanding of learning management systems, and expertise of online learning principles, to provide exceptional training and content experiences for customers and Skyward employees.

    What if you have vast experience producing eLearning materials but don’t specifically know

    Skyward software? That’s OK. If you meet our other requirements, we provide an

    extensive training program for you to learn the Skyward software!

    Key attributes of an eLearning Specialist include:

    • Ability to portray an engaging and outgoing personality for media development.
    • Technical skills and understanding to develop expert level software competencies.
    • Exceptionally well organized.
    • Highly effective written and oral communication skills.
    • Appropriate interpersonal skills to be able to work well within a team environment.
    • Passionate for continuous learning and educating others.
    • Self-starter that demonstrates a high level of personal initiative.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Creating and managing self-guided instructional media.
    • Completes initial configurations and ongoing updates to online courses.
    • Collaborates on eLearning instructional improvement initiatives.
    • Resolves customer issues regarding instructional materials and/or related platforms.
