    The successful applicant will report to and be coached by PEAK 15’s Learning Manager. This position will be focused on creating and enhancing PEAK 15’s online help application which guides new and existing users to quickly discover, learn, and adopt new capabilities in the system. This position is 100% remote, and you must have a home office where you can work privately and uninterrupted. PEAK 15 will supply all the necessary technology needed for this position.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Create new and refresh current online help content- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create, update, and refresh PEAK 15’s online help articles using Robohelp and Captivate. Attend customer training sessions to accelerate your understanding of how PEAK 15 customers learn and capture that knowledge to enhance the learning experience.
    • Project/Time Management – Self-manage assigned projects by setting and adhering to milestones, prioritizing user course work for onboarding customers, release notes, and completing regular backlogged material.
    • Customer Training – once proficient using PEAK 15 and having a comprehensive understanding of the product, deliver instructor led online training on foundational topics for new onboarding and current customers.

    Skills

    • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
    • Experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Ability to self-manage and project manage assigned projects
    • Detailed mindset and the ability to problem solve
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is helpful
    • Experience using the Atlassian Confluence application
    • Experience using Robohelp and/or Captivate tools is a bonus

    Primary Qualifications:

    • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of application customer support and/or service in a fast-paced environment
    • 2 years’ experience creating and publishing training material both written and video recorded
    • 2 years’ experience using image and video capture software like Loom or Snagit
    • Travel industry experience is preferred
    • Working for a SaaS or Cloud based software company is a bonus
    • A college degree is preferred

    Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

    This position is 100% remote. The candidate would need to have a suitable work environment set up as their home office and be comfortable managing their own schedule in a non-corporate office environment.
