eLearning Program Manager position is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations and employees in the department. Establishes and makes progress towards program goals and objectives that support the credit union’s strategic plan. In partnership with Director of DEI and Development, will design, develop, and implement effective eLearning experiences, content, programs, and technologies.

Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Location: For this position, we allow remote work from the following states; Washington State, Oregon, Idaho, and Arizona You must reside or be willing to relocate to one of the approved listed states. Salary:$71,402.50-$89,253.12/annually depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

Essential Functions and Tasks

  • Coach and lead employees to deliver outstanding member and employee experiences following the established credit union MX and EX principles.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Risk to fulfill compliance related training needs for the organization.
  • Communicate creation of/or updated changes to the credit unions processes, policies/procedures and/or other pertinent information in a timely manner.
  • Conduct employment interviews and makes hiring decisions or recommendations as authorized by their manager. Follow Human Resources recruiting procedures when making hiring decisions including but not limited to interviewing scoring and ensuring fair and equitable hiring process.
  • Conduct skills and knowledge gap analysis to identify organization training needs.
  • Create and implement eLearning project request system to prioritize and streamline custom project needs.
  • Create metrics and dashboards to track effectiveness of changes with leading indicators that may impact productivity, effectiveness, and engagement.
  • Develop and execute effective eLearning strategies and programs that help support organization goals.
  • Ensure department operations are in compliance with all security, audit, regulatory compliance, information security, customer privacy, and Bank Secrecy Act/Customer Identification Program policies and procedures.
  • Maintain well-developed working knowledge of the assigned duties and job functions; keeping up to date and requesting additional training and/or development as needed.
  • Manage and supervise assigned employees according to established credit union procedures and applicable State and Federal laws.
  • Motivate employees through coaching, goal setting, providing tools and resources. Through this process develop their knowledge and skill with intention to support their professional growth and development.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and consultants to maintain systems and technology.
  • Participate in the design and delivery of organization-wide programs and initiatives to maximize employee engagement, drive positive culture, and develop talent.
  • Provide ongoing support to TwinStar’s cultural initiatives across all touchpoints of the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide supervision, leadership, and development to the eLearning Program team.
  • Research and propose technology software platform upgrades and additions based on identified eLearning needs.
  • Resolve employee concerns and performance issues. Provide support and suggestions in regards to operational issues for employee development or performance improvement. Prepare disciplinary write-ups with approval from Human Resources. Prepare employee performance appraisals. Make recommendations for termination to Human Resources and their manager, director of chief.
  • Support career development, behavior changes and close skill gaps; facilitate conversations to define team norms.
  • Support custom eLearning content needs through lifecycle of project.
  • Work with manager in developing short and long-term goals and plans.
  • Work with manager to prepare budget forecasts and/or requests.

Education & Experience Required

Education

  • High school graduate or GED

Experience

  • 5+ years of progressive experience as a lead or supervisory role (this includes additional duties and/or projects in a lead role).
  • 3+ year professional experience in eLearning design, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ year experience designing and implementing eLearning content and programs.

Education and Experience Preferred:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Education, or another related discipline.

Experience

  • Experience working with learning management systems.
  • Experience with custom eLearning design.
  • Experience implementing new eLearning design technology.
  • Experience working with video editing, voice over, and animation software.
