eLearning Development Specialist job

Your sole purpose as an eLearning Specialist is to produce engaging training content for both internal and external audiences. Your main role will be to work closely with subject matter experts for a variety of Körber Supply Chain products to help bring sight and sound together to tell a cohesive story to our external audiences.

The ideal candidate will possess both analytical and creative skills as well as have good sense of humor. The training team that you will work with are driven, collaborative, and welcoming.

Your role on our team

• Design, create, deliver, and improve eLearning content rapidly
• Utilize eLearning development software to edit existing video and audio content
• Create transcripts and voice overs
• Assist with the support of the Learning Management System and collaborate on various projects
• Analyze existing documentation and instruction material to create a curriculum as well as eLearning content for a particular subject
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to better prepare for the development of high-quality content
• Perform special projects, assignments, and administrative tasks per business needs

Your profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work quickly to meet deadlines, but you must also be a self-starter and have the ability to work collaboratively on multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional creativity and innovation skills
• Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented
• Ability to present for large or small groups
• Work independently as well as work in a team
• Basic understanding of the entire Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of virtual meeting software (Zoom, Skype, Teams, etc.)
• Software experience Video editing (Camtasia, iMovie, Adobe Premiere, Prezi, etc.) Snagit
• Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in similar field
• 2+ years of experience in eLearning design
• 2+ years of training using webinars, virtual events, or training in a classroom setting
