- Work with academic units to design and develop content for online courses, trainings, and programs;
- Establish/monitor/adhere to project development timeframes and milestones;
- Engage with instructors to develop and assess course outcomes;
- Ensure accessibility standards are met;
- Partner with units to review/develop media assets, to include video, graphics, learning interactions, etc.; and,
- Assist in implementing strategic changes to improve LMS structure/support.
- You are a bold, creative thinker who looks for creative solutions to challenges.
- You are proficient in eLearning, web-based, and/or instructional design concepts.
- You are passionate about figuring out how to make otherwise boring content more interesting.
- You have worked in and have knowledge of LMS platforms and eLearning authoring software (e.g., Captivate, Articulate, etc.).
