Tipping Point Solutions, Inc. (TPS) is seeking a highly motivated, collaborative, and creative professional for an “eLearning Courseware Developer” position with Award-winning Training and Development firm. Candidate will work on an integrated team with Instructional Designers, subject matter experts, courseware and multimedia developers to design cutting edge training solutions supporting classroom and online learning environments.
Candidate will be expected to provide supervision of courseware development work within established project processes, collaborate with team members, and meet project deliverables by designing and presenting detailed storyboards, as well as effectively manage client relationships throughout the instructional design and development process.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist authoring learning content in Adobe Captivate, Animate and/or Articulate Storyline by using course templates and following all development standards for color scheme, graphic design and functionality
- Assist with integrating premium film content into courseware interactions based on guidance and direction from experienced developers
- Makes edits and adjustments to interaction templates based on guidance and direction from experienced developers
- Assists the development team with conceptual design of new interactions
- Develops further understanding of eLearning development principles through hands by working under guidance of experience developers
- Adheres to accepted Style Guide practices and builds proficiency through mentorship from experienced developers
- Demonstrates knowledge of eLearning industry and technologies through hands on application in Rapid Development framework
- Performs other related duties and assignments as assigned by supervisor/manager
Job Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of Minimum of 3-years’ experience in eLearning development
- Experience in rapid eLearning authoring tools, such as Adobe Animate, Adobe Captivate 2019, Articulate Studio, Articulate Storyline, and/or other SCORM compliant authoring tools.
- Proficiency in additional design and development tools such as Photoshop, Audition, After Effects, Illustrator, Indesign, etc is a plus.
- Technical knowledge of SCORM and AICC eLearning standards.
Desired Experience:
- Knowledge and basic experience with rapid eLearning authoring tools such as: Adobe Captivate, Animate, Articulate Storyline, and/or SCORM compliant authoring tools
- Exposure to and basic knowledge of Section 508 compliant and SCORM 2004 conformant web-based solutions
- Understanding of developing assets and lessons
- Knowledge of Learning Management System workflows
- Understanding of developing simulations using Articulate Storyline and/or other authoring tool
- Working knowledge of ActionScript 3.0
