TRAX USA Corp is a leading aviation software company seeking a highly motivated eLearning Specialist/ Administrator. TRAX offers excellent benefits, vacations, travel bonuses, etc. The eLearning Specialist/ Administrator ’s role involves assisting in the development and distribution of internal and external training programs. Additionally, they will coordinate training schedules and recommend training topics and methods to the Training Director.
Key Accountabilities · Work with our IT Team to Install, configure, and maintain the LMS software, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.· Customize the LMS interface, branding, and settings to align with the organization’s requirements.· Create and manage user accounts, including students, instructors, administrators, and other relevant roles.· Enroll users in courses or training programs, manage user access, and track user progress.· Upload and organize course content, including text, multimedia files, assignments, quizzes, and assessments.· Set up course structures, modules, and lesson sequences.· Provide technical assistance to users experiencing issues with the LMS, troubleshooting problems related to access, navigation, or functionality.· Address user inquiries promptly and professionally.· Generate reports and analytics on user engagement, course completion rates, and other relevant metrics.· Monitor and maintain data integrity within the LMS.· Perform/ schedule with our IT Team regular updates, patches, and upgrades to the LMS to ensure it remains secure and up to date.· Recommend any Integrate the LMS with other software systems or tools used by the organization, such as HR systems or content authoring tools.· Ensure compatibility with various devices and browsers for optimal user experience.· Test new features, updates, and course content before deployment to identify and address potential issues.· Conduct quality checks on the courses to ensure they meet instructional design and accessibility standards.· Train instructors and other users on how to effectively use the LMS for course creation, management, and user engagement as required.· Provide resources, guides, and tutorials for users to navigate the LMS.· Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations, meeting GPDR compliance.· Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and enhancement of the LMS.· Stay updated with LMS trends and best practices to enhance the platform’s functionality and user experience.· Coordinate LMS-related projects, such as migrations to new LMS systems or the integration of additional features.· Edit LMS course for any grammar/ spelling error, review the content for cohesiveness. · Interact with subject matter experts and help to build training course content.· Use established TRAX eLearning design and delivery standards.· Assists with ISO internal Audits and findings training requirements.· Assists Compliance Director with the initial Implementation of ISO Programs, working towards certification. · Assists Compliance Director with maintenance of the procedure and policy enforcement.· Assist and update clear and accessible documentation of internal procedures. · Document procedures, techniques, and best methods for Company products & internal processes · Develop new hire onboarding introductory Training ISO 9001:2015 Programs pertaining to internal procedures and ISO 27001:2022 awareness. · Maintain the TRAX/ Weblogs manuals and procedure manuals for the ISO programs for each department. · Create the storefront and packages for the customers and any external
– Bachelor’s Degree in English or Communications related field OR at least 3 years of experience in eLearning Content Creator or a e-Learning Design, Development, & Delivery certified working with (or similar to) Articulate360 and relevant LMS with storefront. Must have excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
· Must be able to travel and have a valid Passport is required.
· Strong Computer Skills including MS Office and familiarity with publishing documents.
· Ability to give effective professional presentations to varied audiences.
· High-level performance with attention to detail, time management, organizational, communication and writing skills
· Ability to successfully handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, operating in a demanding work environment.
