E-Learning Developer job

Overview

The E-learning Developer will create and update technical and soft training materials (training manuals, technical training courses, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials) to provide a standardized and integral learning experience for our team members.

The position includes but is not limited to below key responsibilities:

• Digitalization of the training material by recording and editing operational content.
• Creating storyboards, training guides, support materials and/or scripts for e-learning courses and videos and for cyclical and non-cyclical trainings.
• Develop educational videos and PowerPoint presentations for different audiences such as crew members and leadership teams.
• Write creative and engaging course module materials to supplement course content and to appeal to learners.
• Work with Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, and programmers to support eLearning content requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in e-learning, adult education, and/or multimedia training materials development.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite (Rise 360 & Storyline 360 among others).
• Experience with audio and video editing software.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Must be proficient in English & Spanish grammar, spelling, punctuation, and other written skills.
• Must live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
