    We have an opportunity for an eLearning Designer to join us at Honeywell in Charlotte, NC.

    Our Safety and productivity solutions helps create faster, more seamless, agile, and efficient supply chains, better protect human health, improve worker safety, and help meet sustainability goals by leveraging connectivity, advanced data analytics, software, robotics, sensors, advanced materials and integrated human and automated systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Apply instructional theories and adult learning principles to create engaging e-learning content, including e-learning modules, microlearning, training videos, and job aids.
    • Partner with Subject Matter Experts to understand the training needs and identify learning objectives.
    • Write effective audio/video scripts, storyboards, and instructional text for courses based on content materials and in consultation with Subject Matter Experts
    • Work as part of a training team, communicate effectively with project collaborators and Subject Matter Experts
    • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and complete tasks within the agreed deadlines.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Experience designing or developing e-learning and training materials
    • Knowledge of adult learning theories
    • Knowledge of Articulate Storyline and/or other e-learning authoring tools
    • Excellent communication skills, oral and written C1+ English
    • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects
    • Passion for learning and desire to develop your skills and abilities

    WE VALUE

    • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Education, Communications, Psychology, Multimedia, or related field
    • Experience with technical and IT training content will be considered an assets
    • Background in education or training
    • Knowledge of Articulate Storyline and/or other e-learning authoring tools
    • Basic knowledge of video editing or sound editing software (such as Camtasia, Audacity, and/or others)
