This position is responsible for design and implementation of eLearning opportunities. Duties may include:
1. Gather information and course elements from members, internal departments, SMEs (subject matter experts), and others.
2. Develop and design learning material, coordinate, and review educational content, and incorporate current technology in developing specific eLearning curricula.
3. Support the deployment of learning programs including uploading and updating courseware and curricula, training assignments, learner notification text and rules in LMS.
4. Utilize knowledge of LMS capabilities to recommend delivery strategies that yield a rich, meaningful, and dynamic end-user experience.
5. Utilize LMS reporting capabilities and developing custom reports to assist with planning and managing the company’s training and development initiatives.
6. Graphic Design.
7. Run demos of the system and provide training to individuals and users groups.
8. Ensure that participants are registered for Education and Training events.
9. Coordinate webinars using Teams, Zoom or similar programs and upload recordings into LMS.
10. May facilitate live and recorded learning.
11. Provide technical assistance and support on grading, login, enrollments and other issues related to access.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Instructional technology, graphic design or a related field. equivalent education/experience considered. Relevant experience in E-Learning Development. Knowledge of online learning formats required.Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and HTML and CSS proficiency required. Captivate or other authoring software for creating e-learning material.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design technology or a related field. Learning Management Systems Administration preferred.Web Development preferred.Technical Support preferred.
Project Management experience preferred.
Posted Salary 17.78/hr minimum
