Early Educators Leadership Conference will be organized on October 5-8 2022 in Orlando, Florida. This year the theme of the conference will be Leading Career Pathways to Equity. This year’s conference will focus on advancing equity in early learning, through advocacy for young children, families and the educators who serve them.
The Early Educators Leadership Conference (EELC) 2022 will provide you with an opportunity to discuss with industry leading experts the obstacles that affect equitable wages, and the support and recognition our field is worthy of. The EELC 2022 will bring together national and international leaders, policymakers, early childhood professionals, higher education institutions and early childhood training organizations all under one roof.
