According to the company, the fresh capital will be utilized for global market expansion and product development, including integrating generative AI across the learning and skilling cycle. It also intends to hire data scientists, skill scientists and software engineers. Additionally, it aims to form strategic partnerships and acquisitions.
Co-founded by Subramanian Viswanathan and Kuljit Chadha in 2015, Disprz helps organizations build a steady pipeline of the fully enabled workforce by accelerating job readiness, enabling skilling on the job, and facilitating career mobility. The platform envisions itself as a people intelligence suite on a global scale, extending beyond employee skilling to back every stage in an employee’s lifecycle.
