Job Summary
The instructional design specialist is responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences for various user groups. This includes designing, developing, and implementing instructional materials, courses, and programs to meet the learning objectives of the target audience.Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Curriculum Design, Business Administration preferred.
- Five years related experience and/or training in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Proven experience in instructional design and training material creation including but not limited to job aids, e-learnings, instructor-led trainings, and Train-the-Trainer programs in support of recommended curriculum.
- Experience in Learning Management Systems preferred.
- Experience with Workday preferred.
- Skilled in MS Office Products (Work, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Publisher, and SharePoint)
- Experienced in Adobe Captivate, Articulate Rise or other eLearning Authoring tools preferred.
- A comparable combination of education and additional appropriate experience may be substituted.
Work Schedule
- Day Shift, Monday-Friday; 80 hours every 2 weeks
Pay
- $26.25 – $39.50 per hour
