    This Instructional Design Specialist position starts at $26.73 per hour with an annual award opportunity based off individual and credit union performance.     What you’ll do:

    As an Instruction Design Specialist, you will be responsible for designing a variety of training solutions including computer-based modules, instructor-led course material, and on-the-job training tools. You will partner with stakeholders to identify training needs, implement feedback, and create an effective end product. You will manage multiple design projects at one time and ensure that all deadlines are achieved.

    Excited to hear more…here are the deets of the position: We are looking for someone highly organized and creative who can design training solutions in multiple modalities: everything from creating computer-based training to instructor-led courses while collaborating effectively with stakeholders. You’ll need an eye for detail, as this position also assists in managing the Learning Management System and training tools. You will also need to be successful in managing multiple projects at one time, ensuring that all deadlines are achieved and high-quality training solutions are produced. Advia’s goal is to provide effective and innovative training solutions that equip and empower team members to be successful throughout their career. Experience with Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Adobe In Design, or Vyond is a plus!
