According to a forum post on Moodle community, Tim posted that the quizzes will get the ability to computer multiple total scores. This can be useful for exams consisting of several sections.
According to the initial proposal, the new feature will have:
- Sending additional grades to the course gradebook.
- Conditional feedback based on section grades, like the ‘Overall feedback’ based on the total attempt score.
- Quiz statistics
However, it will need the teacher to setup the multiple grade setup while creating the quiz. The discussion on the new feature implementation and suggestions is currently ongoing in Moodle community here.
