    We are exclusively partnering with our client to identify two dynamic Instructional Design Consultants, passionate about shaping impactful training experiences. In this role, you will play a key part in crafting sales training programs, developing engaging eLearning modules, and supporting the internal Learning and Development (L&D) team in various training logistics.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the internal L&D team to design and develop comprehensive training programs for a sales audience, encompassing eLearning, in-person, and virtual Instructor-led training.
    • Create content focusing on financial products and soft skills, ensuring a well-rounded approach to sales training, including techniques such as selling with confidence.
    • Contribute to post-implementation activities, ensuring the effectiveness and continuous improvement of training initiatives.
    • Demonstrate expertise in Instructional Design and eLearning, delivering high-quality content with efficiency.
    • Utilize strong SharePoint skills to build and maintain custom SharePoint sites, ensuring seamless content updates and user-friendly interfaces.
    • Work with Articulate 360 to enhance the interactivity and effectiveness of eLearning modules.
    • Develop training content suitable for various organizational levels, catering to diverse learning needs.
    • Assist in coordinating training logistics, collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and relevance.
    • Embrace changes in strategic direction, adapting quickly to evolving requirements.
    • Work diligently to deliver top-notch content within tight turnaround times.

    Start Date: ASAP
    Duration: 1 year
    Hours: 40 hours per week, standard business day availability required.
    Employment contingent successfully completing a background check and drug screen.

    Experience Required:

    • Proven expertise in Instructional Design and eLearning, demonstrating the ability to produce high-quality content efficiently.
    • Proficiency in SharePoint, including the capability to create and maintain custom sites and manage content updates.
    • Strong skills in Articulate 360, leveraging its features for interactive and engaging eLearning modules.
    • Experience developing training content for diverse organizational levels.
    • Previous involvement in training logistics, ensuring smooth coordination of training events.
    • Effective collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) to capture and integrate domain knowledge.
    • Comfortable adapting to changes in strategic direction and thriving in a dynamic environment.
    • Ability to work swiftly while maintaining a commitment to delivering excellence.

    The pay range for this is $55.00 to $65.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
