    We are currently looking for mid to senior level candidates to support consulting engagements in Enterprise Systems or other Customized Off-the-shelf Software (COTS) learning solution development projects, particularly in either agile, SAFe, or SAP S/4 Activate environments.

    Job Summary

    Successful candidates will work on project teams responsible for the development and delivery of training that teaches employees how to use Enterprise systems such as SAP, Infor, Oracle, and Workday to do their jobs in a wide variety of industries and business areas, including manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, finance, human resources, and product lifecycle management.

    Preferred Skills

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to design and develop training content and documentation for systems implementations for virtual and in-person learning solutions using andragogical (adult) learning instructional design techniques.
    • Ability to translate user test cases and technical requirements into learning requirements.
    • Ability to use Kirkpatrick “New World” or other similar top-down learning needs analysis techniques.
    • Ability to use Guided Experiential Learning techniques to develop high-impact learning solutions.
    • Ability to instruct students using virtual or in-person learning solutions.
    • Ability to rapidly grasp new technology and business processes.
    • Ability to communicate complex technical processes in lay terms, using appropriate analogies and real-world examples
    • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and/or independently.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management.

    Required Skills

    • Three to five years’ experience working in a project team environment or creating training or system documentation for a software implementation effort.
    • One to three years’ experience as a learning solution developer on a scrum or SAFe team.
    • Bachelor’s degree (Degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Management Information Systems, or Technical Communications a plus)
    • Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and/or training development tools (Articulate, Story Line, etc.) a plus
    • Strong working knowledge of agile processes and artifacts, including user stories, backlogs, release schedules, iteration/sprint planning, product demonstrations, and retrospectives.
    • One to three years’ experience working with Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or similar agile work effort planning and execution tools.
    • Willing to work as a member of a remote team or to travel during the week (as needed based on client requirements)
