    This role can be 100% remote.

    The Safety Learning Specialist role is responsible for the design, development and deployment of both safety related training and advanced education training for our internal driver trainers that supports the overall mission, values, and needs of the organization.

    • Design, develop, and implement a variety of engaging classroom, e-learning, and blended programs utilizing a variety of tools and resources (including Articulate Storyline) that enhance the retention and transfer of information back on the job.
    • Provide Remote Delivery of learning content and/or provides subject matter expertise to assist others with web-based eLearning content delivery as assigned.
    • Coordinate and facilitate group training and development programs, as needed.
    • Collaborate with Senior Safety Leadership and Subject Matter Experts on the design and development of training materials and content.
    • Provide accurate and timely reporting to leadership on training effectiveness and scope.
    • Assists in internal marketing of learning and development programs
    • Provide support for field training personnel.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Instructional Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field. (Experience in lieu of educational requirement will be considered.)
    • Proven and demonstrable working experience in instructional design and adult learning application.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Web-based learning applications.
    • Minimum of four (4) years of experience with Microsoft® software applications, including PowerPoint,
      Outlook, Word, and Excel.
    • Working knowledge in design software tools such as Articulate “Storyline
    • Working knowledge of Teams training delivery.
    • Organizes and manages time effectively
    • Effectively manages multiple and concurrent projects
    • Communicates effectively with staff at all levels, verbally and in writing.
    • Works effectively and productively with teams.
    • Flexible and adaptable in changing, fast paced environments.
    • Experience with Articulate Storyline, GoAnimate, Adobe Creative Cloud preferred
