    We are working with our client in locating an Instructional Designer to create eLearning covering critical Health & Safety training to ensure OSHA compliance (confined spaces, blood-borne pathogens, etc.). Deliverables will include 10 eLearning courses which will be approximately 10 minutes in duration developed using tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).

    Project Deliverables and Modalities: 10, approximately 10-minute eLearning courses

    Key Qualifications

    • Strong Instructional Design and eLearning development experience
    • Expert with authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, and Rise
    • Fast while producing high quality output
    • Excellent communications skills
    • OSHA experience to work with SME stakeholders
    • Ability to create rapid, 10-minute eLearning courses with images and examples that are relevant to Vail’s workplace
    • Relentless focus on the details
    • Excellent work samples

    Start Date: Jan 2024
    Duration: 8 months
    Hours: 20 to 40 hours per week
    Location: 100% Virtual

    The pay range is $55 to $60 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
