What You’ll do as the eLearning Design Manager.

The eLearning Design Manager will have the opportunity to build new programs and create standards as they manage a new team that is responsible for partnering with SMEs to:

• Create online learning experiences for all Taxation employees including eLearning courses, interactive job aids, information centers on the Department of Taxation’s Intranet, etc.
• Host webinars and online meetings for Taxpayers
• Work with SMEs to create online learning content for Taxpayers
• Support other Taxation employees when they are creating learning activities that could benefit from the perspective and expertise of the eLearning team.

Background Check Information

The final candidate selected for the position will be required to undergo a criminal background check.
