Learning & Leadership Development Director Job

As the Director of Learning & Leadership Development, you will orchestrate and drive programs, including the design, and customizing of content that is delivered to all levels of the organization. Your key areas of focus include project management, program design, content development, vendor relationship management, change management, reporting, and coordinating the translation of materials for a global workforce.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, review, and/or approve content, advise on methods and materials for global learning efforts.
• Conduct and facilitate courses.
• Develop methods for evaluating program effectiveness.
• Research learning needs and drive forward a culture of learning and skill-building.
• Consult with others to identify the best approaches for learning, and enable the design, development, and delivery of other functions and team’s learning requests that have a broad impact on co-workers.
• Manage the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including access, global governance, deployment calendar, measurement, reporting, and overall effectiveness for ongoing co-worker use.
• Manage enterprise professional learning including: the development of and/or identifying and hosting content for executive learning, professional skills, talent management, human resources, and high-growth technologies content in partnership with the Global Specialized Skills team.
• Provide relationship management and oversight with vendors associated with learning.
• Own the global translations strategy for learning and deliver translated content for learning programs as needed for our co-workers in approximately 100 countries and 17 languages.

Team :

Provide direct supervision for staff members, including instructional designers and eLearning developers. Serve as an internal partner, consultant, and service provider for others across Global Talent Management, Human Resources.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience.
• 8 to 10 years of experience directly managing and supervising employees.
• Excellent program, project, and change management skills.
• Experienced facilitator, with the ability to speak and engage with all levels of the workforce, including senior-level stakeholders, directors, managers, and co-workers.
• Demonstrates, role models and subscribes to Servant Leadership behaviors including Positivity, Empowerment, Clarity, Partnering, and Teamwork.
