Instructional Designer Remote job

We are working exclusively with our client, a mobility equipment supplier, to identify an Instructional Designer to craft comprehensive training modules tailored for their dealers. Their vision is to transcend the vendor-dealer relationship, evolving into true business partners committed to fostering the success of their dealers.

Throughout this project, you will transform raw content into compelling eLearning experiences. The content spans diverse topics, encompassing everything from cash flow management to addressing hiring and retention challenges. The ideal consultant will distill dry and complex subjects into highly interactive, concise, and easily digestible modules.

Start Date: Early December
Duration: To be determined by the consultant
Hours: Up to 25 hours per week; flexible working hours but must be available during standard business hours for meetings
Location: Virtual

Experience Required:

• Proven expertise in instructional design, showcasing the capacity to create captivating eLearning materials
• Proficient in utilizing eLearning tools like Articulate 360 or Captivate; must use your own license/subscription throughout the project.
• Capable of offering informed recommendations and implementing best practices in instructional design.
• Demonstrated organizational prowess, adept time management skills, and exceptional writing abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
• While not mandatory, a background in working with small businesses or developing training for dealers is advantageous.
• Must be able to share modern, engaging eLearning samples during an interview

The pay range for this is $55.00 to $65.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
