Position Title: Senior Instructional Designer

Reports To: Director, Learning & Development

Principal Responsibilities:

• Conduct business/needs analysis related proposed technical training topics
• Work with SMEs to develop actionable learning objectives related to technical training topics
• Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create course materials in PPT and Word using Konecranes instructional design templates.
• Create written assessments that will measure knowledge acquisition.
• Create demonstrated skills assessments to measure technician competencies
• Create eLearning modules using Articulate software suite.
• Create interactive tutorials using Articulate software suite.
• Create “how-to” videos using common video editing software

• Assist in maintaining AME Technical Training team site
• Assist in maintaining techinfo.konecranes.com site
• Assist Trainers with course development duties such as formatting, document and presentation layouts, and graphic design
• Additional duties may be assigned.

Experience

• 3+ years creating training programs and content using the ADDIE model while working with experts to develop learning objectives.
• 2+ years Using Microsoft 360 suite
• 1+ year experience with Articulate Software
• 2+ years creating video content, tutorials, instructional learning videos

• Familiar with SAP LMS eLearning module is preferred

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in an educational discipline or prior experience
