    C2 seeks Instructional Systems Designers with a cutting edge learning development company that offers the opportunity to create innovative learning solutions for the private and public sectors. We work across modalities (eLearning, ILT, VILT, Mobile, Workbooks, videos and blended solutions; simulations, Augmented/Virtual/extended Reality); Responsible for consulting with subject experts to determine the efficiency of their course designs, transferring courses into online formats and creating innovative learning solutions that addresses negotiation, ADR, conflict management, or conflict transformation.
    Summary
    A Certified Instructional Designer or Developer is responsible for using computer software and other technologies to streamline education courses for students and professionals using the AF ISD process. Their duties include consulting with subject experts to determine the efficiency of their course designs, transferring courses into online formats and creating course manuals for Teachers or professionals to use.
    Requirements
    To be considered for this role candidate must possess:
    • Must be Instructional Design Specialist (ISD) certified (or equivalent) -Must be certified in Microsoft Office Suite, or perform at that level of proficiency – Candidates must possess at least three years successful experience in the direct development and delivery of post-secondary education/training materials using the AF ISD process
    • Desirable candidates may possess, but not mandatory, either a terminal degree in a discipline that addresses negotiation, ADR, conflict management, or conflict transformation or possess any of the following: A certificate of completion from a nationally recognized program (for example: Harvard Program on Negotiations, Wharton School, Stanford, Duke, Kennesaw State University) that addresses negotiation, ADR, conflict management, and/or conflict transformation
    • Contributions to the advancement of negotiation, ADR, conflict management, and/or conflict transformation (such as publication in a major journal, a lead role in teaching the application of above skills in an executive program, recognition for exceptional ADR skills, etc.)
    • Experience in an official capacity that required the direct, routine, and successful application of negotiation, ADR, conflict management, and/or conflict transformation as a significant component of their duties (for example: military attaché duty, service in an international peacekeeping organization, senior-level service on a coalition staff, service at the U.S. Department of State in an international location, etc.)
    • Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Educational Technology or related field with 3-5 years of progressive and related experience in instructional design, including end to end design and development
    • Strong eLearning and design creativity; ability to ideate and innovate scenario-based learning / storytelling / creative writing skills
    • Tools: MS Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Storyline and RISE are a bonus; Experience with learning management systems (LMS);
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills; written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients
    • Ability to get security clearance
