    This senior learning & development (L&D) professional will be responsible for the design, development, curation, and delivery of L&D programs and content for Supply Chain (SC). This role will partner with SC L&D Managers for multiple audiences across SC. This role is seen as a performance consultant with internal clients and will have accountability to partner with internal SMEs and external partners in creating learning experiences. This role will manage and partner with external vendors for learning solution development. This role will have the responsibility for monitoring, tracking, sustaining, and improving L&D processes for all these programs and activities, in partnership with the business.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Independently lead the design, development, curation, and delivery of L&D programs and content for SC, using appropriate methodologies including action learning, case studies, communities of practice, eLearning, ILT, microlearning, performance support, simulations, VILT, webinars.
    • Design and architect holistic learning journeys and ecosystems.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, vendors, and members of the learning community.
    • Operate as a performance consultant with stakeholders and SMEs.
    • Manage projects and manage external learning solution developers/vendors.
    • Host communities of practice, monitor coaching/mentoring programs.
    • Leverage data to measure success, evaluate sustainability, and continuously improve learning.
    • Follow and maintain standards for branding guidelines, user feedback generation, collaboration with external content developers, and governance of overall content for critical SC transformations and skill development needs.
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 6+ years of learning & development design experience
    • Proven expertise in using multiple content authoring tools (i.e., Articulate, Captivate, Rise, Camtasia)
    • Experience using an LMS for deployment, enrollment, tracking, etc. (Cornerstone preferred)
    • Understanding of learning technologies including LXPs, LCMS, microlearning, and mobile learning approaches, and adaptability to leverage new technologies
    • Experience in design, development, and delivery of virtual and in-person learning sessions, communities of practice, and ongoing coaching practice
    • Experience in content curation methodologies
    • Experience using tools/processes for knowledge management (in SharePoint preferred)
    • Experience in user-centered design
    ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS:
    • We are open to 100% remote candidates with travel based on business needs.
    • International relocation or international remote working arrangements (outside of the US) will not be considered.
