    Salary range: $130,000-$150,000 per year plus bonus potential of up to 30%
    Remote position with travel requirements up to 60% throughout US and Canada.

     

    • Design and lead Learning & Development vision. Develop strategic plan for L&D efforts and manage resource allocation.
    • Conduct needs assessment with executive stakeholders to review current training programs and conduct gap analysis, and make recommendations on improving and expanding enterprise-wide and client-based learning.
    • Partner with internal customers and subject matter experts to create training strategies, develop curriculum, and determine delivery methods for knowledge transfer and overall course and program effectiveness.
    • Develop leadership development programs which align with organizational goals, to include content development and delivery and/or identification of vendors and SMEs.
    • Provide oversight and/or develop learning materials for instructor-led, blended learning, WebEx, conversion, and other training programs.
    • Lead Learning & Development team in the development and delivery of learning solutions. Provide training and coaching to develop and hold staff accountable for performance.
    • Measure effectiveness of learning programs, including initial evaluation, training statistics, and return on investment.
    • Oversee the maintenance and response to learning metrics on qualitative and quantitative aspects of training programs and effectiveness.
    • Manage training related vendor relationships and conduct contract negotiations.
    • Develop and manage the learning and development budget.
    • Oversee and monitor LMS and compliance training administration.


    Skills & Other Requirements

    • Must have previous experience with Articulate Story Line 360, Adobe Captivate, video editing software and PowerPoint. Experience with Camtasia preferred but not required. SuccessFactors LMS experience preferred but not required.
    • Strong business acumen with demonstrated success creating learning strategies, designing and delivering learning curriculum, including leadership development programs.
    • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and knowledge in instructional design methodology in classroom facilitation, blended learning and eLearning formats.
    • Proven experience with LMS implementation and administration.
    • Ability to lead and develop leaders and remote teams.
    • Ability to produce training materials (leader’s guide, participant workbooks, visual learning aides).

     


    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.
    • Minimum 10+ years’ experience in learning and development, preferably within the food services industry.
    • Minimum 5+ years’ experience directing the learning and development function.
    • Experience working with complex client groups and senior management.
    • Prior management experience and proven ability to lead and develop team members and job functions.
