Learning Consultant Job

Develop, implement, and evaluate training and education programs for clinical EHR users to promote growth, development, and adoption. You leverage your experience to consult with and coordinate between technical teams and client project leaders to identify capability gaps impacting current and future business strategies; develop appropriate learning curriculum to meet business needs including process design and solution adoption best practices to address gaps in motivation and ability, and conduct training and coaching onsite and in virtual environments that builds motivation and ability.

You also prepare training materials and agendas that you present to learners; revise, modify and develop course content to address current solution features, functions, and workflow to address client needs; and provide day to day end-user support and education within the onsite training space.

• Initial and ongoing clinician end-user training development and delivery
• Project implementation end-user training development and delivery
• Provide real time support & education to all end users through walk-in help room & phone line
• End-User Rounding of clinics and acute locations
• Elbow support for clinicians to provide education of more efficient EHR functions
• Create, maintain, and assign eLearning modules
• Create and maintain end-user educational documents/job aids accessible to all users in virtual Document Library
