The Instructional Designer will work closely with the Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Ops and other teams to develop sales enablement training assets including eLearning courses, demonstrations, simulations, videos, scenarios, case studies, exercises, workbooks, instructor and participant guides, slideshow decks, scripts, quick references, job aids, and knowledge checks. Responsibilities:

- Works cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other key stakeholders to translate objectives into content that can help the sales team to increase performance
- Outlines and creates evaluation and assessment strategies for learning solutions to include surveys, testing, and other measurement strategies; Kirkpatrick model or equivalent
- Creates and maintains a variety of learning materials including eLearning courses, demonstrations, simulations, videos, scenarios, case studies, exercises, workbooks, instructor and participant guides, slideshow decks, scripts, quick references, job aids, and knowledge checks
- Creates storyboards for e-Learning courses to include scripts, scenarios, visuals, and interactive elements used to engage and enhance the learner experience
- Develops e-Learning courses using Articulate 360: Storyline and/or Rise, and develops videos using Camtasia or other related video editing programs
- Establishes, influences, and communicates guidelines and recommendations for processes and procedures related to instructional design, content development, and project management
- Collects, consolidates, and revises eLearning module feedback prior to releasing
- Contribute to additional key enablement priorities in addition to this role’s remit such as obtaining proper certifications and facilitating sales methodology training as part of the global deployment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as an Instructional Designer/Developer or Content Creator in a corporate or consulting environment
- Proven written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills; strong active listening skills
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as an Instructional Designer/Developer or Content Creator in a corporate or consulting environment
- Proven written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills; strong active listening skills
- Basic project management and time management skills; comfortable multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to help reimagine learning products and take a creative approach to garnering employee engagement
- Experience with visual design principles including images, graphics, and video
- Self-starter comfortable in fast-paced and time-critical environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook with advanced design skills in PowerPoint; knowledge of Google G-Suite
- Experience designing and developing advanced eLearning authoring tools such as Captivate, Articulate, Storyline, Camtasia, or other relevant programs and software
- Experience in a sales environment is a plus
- Experience is SaaS industry a plus
