    The Instructional Designer will play a pivotal role in designing and crafting innovative and impactful learning content and experiences that strategically align with business goals. This role operates within a collaborative ecosystem, contributing to cross-functional projects to generate tangible and lasting business outcomes across the Enterprise. A blend of adult learning expertise, instructional design acumen, learning technology proficiency, and video production skills is essential to excel in this position.

    Highlights of your role

    • Conceptualize course or curriculum outlines, defining learning objectives, content delivery methods, learner assessments, supplementary materials, and diverse learning approaches.
    • Develop course content through collaborative engagement with subject matter experts, leveraging existing resources, prior training modules, comprehensive interviews, and more.
    • Craft a diverse range of materials, spanning eLearning courses, videos, presentations, participant guides, and job aids.
    • Ensure content remains relevant and adheres to established brand guidelines
    • Create metrics and benchmarks to gauge training effectiveness, furnishing management with valuable insights.
    • Innovate ways to cultivate collaborative learning ecosystems, fostering the growth of the organization’s learning culture.
    • Apply adult learning principles, instructional design theory, and relevant strategies to support positive interdepartmental relationships and meet education, product development, and knowledge requirements.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, constantly seeking avenues to enhance learning experiences.
    • Exhibit robust project, organizational, and time management skills for efficient content development.
    • Display keen attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and quality of instructional materials.
    • Collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders across all organizational tiers, promoting a culture of teamwork.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products to facilitate content creation and communication.

    Education / Experience

    • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
    • Show adeptness with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate and Captivate and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
    • 2+ years of experience in instructional design and/or curriculum development, substantiating expertise in the field
