Instructional Designer remote job

Our client within the clinical research and development industry is looking for an Instructional Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the training landscape with expertise in instructor-led training (ILT) and eLearning. You will work closely with the current team to develop content and design visually compelling PowerPoint decks, comprehensive job aids, and manager toolkits for an essential new manager training program.

While eLearning may not be in the current project scope, your expertise will lay the foundation for potential Articulate-based eLearning modules in the future.

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 3 months with the possibility to extend
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week; must be available for meetings during Eastern time
Location: Virtual

Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience in a relevant field
• Solid background in instructional design with the ability to create instructor-led training materials and eLearning
• Experience with Articulate 360
• Experience developing content and learning objectives
• Previous experience creating leadership training is highly preferred
• Experience with a learning management system (preferably Cornerstone)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Background check required for the selected candidate
• Must be able to share modern, clean work samples/portfolio prior to an interview

The pay range for this is $55.00 to $65.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
