As our Instructional Designer, you will support Learning and Development’s strategic goal to offer refreshed and new learning content to the organization, with a focus on healthcare clinic operations. In this role, you will collaborate with Learning and Development, Organizational Development and Ambulatory Training leadership and subject matter experts to develop instructor-led and e-learning training materials to meet the needs of the clinic environment.
You will:
- Review, edit, and format training materials to ensure content and formatting consistency across all learning platforms.
- Design online video and interactive training materials using eLearning authoring software to support learning objectives appropriate for audience learning needs. Experience using Vyond video creation platform, Adobe Captivate, or Adobe Articulate Storyline is preferred.
- Maintain and update course content based on quality reviews and feedback from stakeholders.
- Utilize instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE to develop content and achieve instructional objectives.
- Develop consistent across the look and feel of all training and professional materials.
Salary Range: $60,800-$134,200 Annually
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive responsibility in instructional design required.
- Certification in instructional design required.
- Experience developing blended (both instructor-led and e-learning) content.
- Experience using the Cornerstone learning management system preferred.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Canva) preferred.
- Experience with Vyond, Adobe Captivate and/or Articulate Storyline preferred.
