Job and Team:

The job of Senior Instructional Designer acts as a lead advocate of Customer Education at Digital.ai. This role cultivates strong working relationships with and between various internal teams whose expertise will be used in Customer Education opportunities. Further, this role works with our Customer Education team to build and maintain learning materials used in the education of customers and partners on Digital.ai technologies. The Sr Instructional Designer’s goal is Customer Success by providing our customers with the training resources needed to successfully implement, adopt, and maintain their Digital.ai solutions.

Responsibilities:

As an Instructional Designer, you will grow the Customer Education business by delivering innovative learning solutions.

• Develop eLearning course curriculum, including defining course objectives, audiences and syllabi
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to develop course content.
• Editing and developing online learning materials.
• Designs learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
• Writes scripts for video and audio content.
• Analyzes, updates, and refines existing online content.
• Develops and maintains a Learning Roadmap that details goals and plans for future education opportunities.
• Trains instructors, students, and employees in how to use learning technologies.
• Works with technical staff to troubleshoot problems reported by users.
• Helps administer the LMS and provides reporting and analytics to leadership.

Job Requirements

• 8+ years working in the learning and development space.
• 5+ years of experience working directly with eLearning development tools such as Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate, Auditions, storyboarding, ADDIE focused technologies.
• Experience with narration tools to generate professional audio that integrates with our solutions.
• Strong attention to detail, project management skills, and can work independently with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with LMS systems to provide education content to learners and staff.
• Consistent record of innovation across business processes and technology solutions.
• Have the capacity to coordinate multiple training programs at any one time.
• Solid experience with Agile methodology development tools, such as JIRA and Confluence, to create assets for software development process.
