Learning Systems Administrator job

The Learning & Development Department is seeking a Learning Systems Administrator to manage our company LMS and provide administrative support for our training programs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, excellent at communication, and experienced with troubleshooting and administering a digital learning infrastructure. With guidance and input from the Director of Learning and Development and others on the team, the Learning Systems Administrator will provide technological and programmatic support for our Mister team members.
What you will do:

• Maintain curriculum and course catalog records
• Provide LMS technical support to users and the L&D team
• Field and respond to inquiries and support requests from users and managers
• Develop and maintain LMS infrastructure that supports training initiatives and curricula
• Populate course information and assign enrollments
• Report on training initiatives to help drive compliance and business results
• Test functionality of eLearning courses loaded in the LMS
• Troubleshoot and resolve everyday technical issues in the LMS
• Collaborate with Sr. Manager of Operations Systems, IT, and LMS vendors to troubleshoot
  major tech issues and implement new LMS features
• Support system implementations or upgrades by participating in UAT to test and analyze
  system functionality and document results.
• Actively look for ways to improve LMS efficiency and effectiveness
• Organize and schedule meetings and online training events
• Provide administrative support for Learning and Development team

How you will shine:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of experience in LMS administration
• A passion for organization
• Comfort with pioneering organizational systems to streamline processes and find
  opportunities for improvement
• Attention to detail with a high degree of quality and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel
• Ability to communicate in person and electronically with a high degree of professionalism
