    The Manager II of Learning and Development is responsible for creating excellent learning content based on standardized associate work instructions. This person will conduct exciting and engaging training classes for field-based associates. This individual is also a great project manager who oversees multiple training initiatives while creating new and innovative ways of delivering training to our Supply Chain associates and measuring the results.

    About Team: Continuous Skills Development
    The Continuous Skills Development (CSD) Team is responsible for creating and delivering learning content for the hourly associates across the US Supply Chain. The team works closely with the CSD Managers in the DCs and FCs to ensure associates are trained and certified in their jobs. The team is pursuing modernization of learning through innovative technology.

    What you’ll do:

    • Design effective training solutions in a variety of delivery modes for hourly associates and launch each initiative through the field CSD managers.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to determine learning needs of associates and recommend effective learning solutions.
    • Facilitate learning events with excellence, impact, and results.
    • Ensure program effectiveness by measuring, analyzing, and reporting for each training initiative.
    • Find and implement new ways to digitize and modernize the learning process for associates to accelerate implementation and business outcomes.
    • Maintain and improve learning content as processes are updated and communicate updates to impacted audiences.

    What you’ll bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field and 2 years’ experience in adult learning
    • Instructional design experience in a variety of delivery modes (instructor led, virtual, eLearning, video, etc.)
    • Excellent facilitation skills
    • Project management experience
    • Working cross-functionally with subject matter experts
    • Axonify administration experience is a plus
