A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING . . .:
- Responsible for developing, designing and coordinating of all learning & development curricula and materials throughout the company
- Develops technical skills training and facilitates as needed
- Manages eLearning instructional design and LMS administration
- Reports to Sr. Director of People Support Services
- Conducts needs analysis of company and employees and develops learning plans accordingly
- Sets performance metrics and evaluates effectiveness of various learning and development courses
- Develops leadership trainings to support new market openings, staff education, enculturation and emergency education
- Manages and coordinates logistics for trainings, such as venue, materials and scheduling
- Manages coaching support and resources consistent with company culture
- Partners with internal and external resources supporting company development
- Shares course feedback, statistical results, and ROI to the Sr. Director of Retail Operations on a quarterly basis
- Communicates learning opportunities to employees
- Maintains department in a neat, clean, and orderly manner
- Provides excellent customer service
- Keeps up on industry trends, standards, and changes
- Ensures the dissemination of and adherence to all company and department policies
- Supports and follows sustainability programs and all safety and security policies
- Provides and role models attitude of service to staff and guests
- Operates within the Company’s Core Values, Company Brand, and Business Principles
THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF . . .:
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to effectively plan, organize, produce and present training activities
- Experience selecting and using training/instructional methods appropriate for the situation
- Knowledge of curriculum and training design principals and methods and measurement of training effects
- Experience managing and coordinating logistics for small and large events
- Strong presentation skills
- Must have intermediate computer skills including MS Office or higher and LMS exposure
- Ability to assess development needs and provide solutions
- Ability to motivate and train large groups of employees
- Must have very strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must possess an attitude of service to others
- Demonstrates self-discipline and accountability
- Must be accurate and detail-oriented
- Must be a team player, a leader, and a positive role model
- Ability to work independently, as well as with a diverse group of guests, employees, and leadership

- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Requires frequent travel to all company locations throughout Snohomish, King, and Kitsap counties
- Possesses full body mobility (bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching), with excellent manual dexterity and the ability to sit for long periods of time
- Exemplifies health department standards
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
Entry Level Compensation: USD $75,000.00/Yr. Maximum Compensation: USD $86,000.00/Yr.
