    What You’ll Be Doing:
    Evolent Health is seeking a Manager of Learning & Development, to join its Talent Team. This role enables our high performing organization and culture through the design, development, and implementation of impactful talent development and learning programs.
    The programs implemented in this role should be creative, innovative, pragmatic and results oriented. Programs and job duties could include but are not limited to the development and facilitation of learning and leadership programs, creation of impactful employee development experiences, coaching leaders using development tools and assessments, curation of formal and informal training curriculums and offer consultative support in organizational learning and development efforts. This role will have direct responsibility for the functionality, design and administration of our LMS platform.
    What You’ll Be Doing:
    • Lead enterprise talent management and learning programs with specific, impactful outcomes
    • Build, facilitate, and deliver learning experiences for a remote/hybrid workforce, including virtual instructor-led training and workshops, online training within the LMS, and other educational resources and deliverable
    • Lead a small, global team to achieve specific organizational learning and talent management priorities
    • Direct responsibility for the design, functionality, and administration of the company’s LMS platform. This may include building assignments and curricula, end-user troubleshooting and support, uploading and testing eLearning content, maintaining eLearning course catalog, reporting and notifications
    • Administer and facilitate leadership 360 feedback tools and the DiSC assessment to support leadership and team development
    • Conduct learning needs assessments to identify opportunities and create actionable training plans company-wide or at the business unit level
    • Partner effectively with HR Business Partners, senior leaders, and business training teams to address greatest learning and development needs
    • Use data first in evaluating the impact and value created by the programs you develop and/or lead
    • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and internal consultant on adult learning, instructional design, executive coaching, performance improvement, and/or organizational development solutions, including leadership development, team building, etc.
    • Maintain knowledge of emerging trends in the fields of talent management, individual and organizational learning, performance improvement, and organization development
    The Experience We Prefer:
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
    • Minimum of four years of experience supporting enterprise-wide learning and/or talent management activities
    • Minimum of one year of experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration
    • Experience designing, developing, and delivering instructor-led training classes (virtual and/or in-person)
    • Knowledge and understanding of adult learning and development
    • Experience with eLearning authoring tools
    • LMS experience – Cornerstone experience is a plus
    • Proven program/project management skills
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, especially influencing and building relationships to achieve results
    • Excellent organization, time management and resiliency skills
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented environment
    Technical Requirements:
    We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

    Compensation Range: The minimum salary for this position is $70,000, plus benefits. Salaries are determined by the skill set required for the position and commensurate with experience and may vary above and below the stated amounts.
