    The Assoc.Dir-ID is a seasoned and accomplished knowledge professional with superior instructional design skills. At the Assoc.Dir level, the focus of the instructional designer is clearly shifting from designing and producing effective individual learning content to solving more complex learning and knowledge management solutions with broader organizational impact. Technically, the Assoc.Dic-ID is expected to lead cooperative efforts among a wide network of both internal and external stakeholders in pursuit of organizational goals, which increasingly may be strategic and/or transformative in nature. The Assoc.Dir-ID serves as a role model for peers and may perform supervisory tasks for projects or functional teams with ownership and/or responsibility for results. The Assoc.Dir-ID applies a strategic and business approach to learning and knowledge management, develops and maintains strong internal and external relationships, and communicates effectively at all levels within the organization.

    Responsibilities:
    • Pro-actively identify business issues that could benefit from more effective learning and knowledge management solutions in pursuit of the company’s mission and vision.
    • Stay abreast of cutting-edge developments in the fields of multi-media learning technologies, knowledge management, UI/UX and related fields.
    • Independently research how novel and innovative technologies can be applied more effectively to further organizational goals
    • Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization with a view to obtain business and budgetary buy-in and approvals
    • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and/or clients
    • Design and develop comprehensive learning solutions to solve business needs, balancing learning effectiveness against organizational effectiveness as well as costs/benefits (ROI) considerations
    • Design, develop, produce and edit a wide array of high-quality media-enriched training content ranging from enhanced recordings to fully-fledged eLearning tutorials with embedded motion capture, video, audio, learner interactivity, motion captures, quizzes, etc,
    • Effectively supervise or lead projects or functional teams with responsibility for results
    • Bachelor’s degree with qualifications in instructional design, adult learning, multi-media technology, human resources, organizational development, or similar
    • masters degree and/or other advanced professional qualifications
    • min of 7+ yrs of relevant work experience
    • proven track record in managing projects or performing functions with limited to no oversight
    • proven track record in developing solutions to achieve organizational goals
    • experience with or potential for supervising or leading projects or functional teams
    • proven track record in developing and maintaining strong internal/external working relationships that foster mutual respect, teamwork and results
    • proven track record in managing client/stakeholder interactions
    • effective and clear communicates at all levels within the organization
    • strong project management skills; ability to work on several projects concurrently.

    For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $ [75,00 ] to $ [125,000], depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
