We are looking for a motivated, member-focused, target-driven team member to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team as a L&D Specialist.

What you will be doing…
FedChoice is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to participate in content development, facilitation, and communication of all FedChoice learning programs. In this position, you will leverage blended learning techniques to reinforce, sustain and realize training objectives.
Keys areas of focus…
- Training design and development – virtual and in-person delivery
- Facilitating learning sessions on soft skills, job-specific skills, and other learning topics
- Performing learning materials audits
- Policies and procedures reviews and updates
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
You should have:
- Three years of experience as a trainer, content developer, policy & procedure writer, or communications specialist.
- Understanding of various adult learning methodologies and design tools.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and LMS systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Strong presentation skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Industry assessments and certifications or experience (e.g., DDI, DiSC, MBTI, Strength Finders).
- Experience with content creation software (Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia).
- Credit Union or financial institution experience.
- Experience with Synergy and/or Meridian Link.
