Join our worldwide Customer Support organization to improve our New Hire and Continuing Education Training Programs. This includes driving training enhancements and projects from business requirement gathering through implementation. You will work with business subject matter experts and partner with internal IT and Service organizations to jointly identify, analyze, document, and create effective and cutting-edge training experiences.

  • Use creative and cutting-edge strategies to develop, implement, and maintain scalable learning solutions for the Worldwide Customer Support Organization. This includes creating self-serve learning resources, blended learning solutions, instructor-led courses, and eLearning offerings
  • Consult and collaborate with trainers in the creation of instructional videos
  • Manage course production projects from inception through delivery while meeting course design deadlines
  • Monitor, review, and carry out ongoing troubleshooting of course sites in the learning management system (e.g., typos, broken links, formatting, and display issues)
  • Maintain and update tasks and project status reports
  • Recommend policies and procedures that improve the course development and revision process
  • Conduct course and program assessments and gather feedback from stakeholders to continually update and improve course design and content
  • Instructional Design Certification
  • Experience Designing Training Materials
  • Demonstrated creativity, skill, and experience in instructional design and content production
  • Experience with various content development tools (Articulate Suite, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.), as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated success assessing needs, and developing effective training and/or documentation solutions
  • Experience with Learning Central/Cornerstone or similar Learning management system is Preferred
  • A bachelor’s degree and 7 years of professional work experience (or a master’s degree and 5 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.
