    You will play a pivotal role in assisting the travel product servicing team execute our service transformation initiatives. The Director, Learning & Development will build bold, innovative, and high-impact learning experiences focused on enabling our team members, departments, and business to develop and grow. This person will deliver strategic direction and leadership while inspiring and enabling a learning culture across Travel product servicing.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute an organizational learning strategy in alignment with business goals.
    • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning programs (including eLearning, virtual, and classroom-based solutions) ensuring a positive and impactful learning experience.
    • Responsible for identifying needs, aligning with appropriate stakeholders, and developing, implementing, and evaluating training tools, workshops, and e-learning options.
    • Develop the infrastructure for all learning and development programs by establishing standardized methods and procedures for delivery, evaluation, measurement, and reporting.
    • Develop metrics to enable robust evaluation strategies to measure learner outcomes, productivity & business impact of learning solutions. Leverage data insights to drive, modify and create future learning offerings.
    • Build a culture of high performance in the Learning and Development function, ensuring that professional capability is maintained and developed.
    • Build lasting relationships with third-party resources, vendors, and partners to roll out innovative and experiential learning models.
    • Stay up to date on latest industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

    • 5+ years, learning & development experience including experience in a leadership capacity.
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Experience project managing large-scale organization-wide people programs and connecting talent management with learning strategies.
    • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business performance gaps into learning and development strategies.
    • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.
    • Experience developing eLearning content and managing LMS platforms.
    • Ability to lead through influence in a matrix-ed environment and demonstrated ability to excel in a collaborative and team environment.
    • Experience in adult learning theory and instructional design principles

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

    • 7-10 years’ experience in Travel Industry
    • Relationship management skills, including the ability to work leaders with different priorities.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate interaction, communication, and teamwork between others.
    • Ability to understand data and analytics to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of learning programs and tools.
    • Ability to manage vendors, contractors, and work within a pre-defined budget.
