Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health provides behavioral health programs in residential or outpatient settings, as well as performs case management services to families in the child welfare system. As an Learning and Development Facilitator, you will present orientation and training to new hires, deploy recertification trainings, and assist with the develop and roll out of new trainings in accordance with Devereux Corporate, DCF, or other statute, regulating and/or contractual obligations. Methods of facilitation include in-person presentations, video conferencing and eLearning. The individual working in this role must be able to demonstrate leadership and be able to effectively direct individual/group activities.

Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Adult Education or related preferred
Experience:
- Must have prior experience in a healthcare setting; mental health, behavioral health, or residential health care experience is strongly preferred
Other:
- Must be 21 years or age or older
- Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing
- Must be able to attend a 2 week, dayshift new hire orientation, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm ET
- Must be able to travel as needed to other Devereux sites within the state of FL
- Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test, Physical, and TB Test. Devereux requires all employees to obtain the annual Influenza Vaccine.
- Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
