The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for our clients while also being able to design and develop interactive eLearning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Lectora.

Job Highlights

Responsibilities

  • The selected candidate should be able to create and edit course content, including text, graphics, audio, video, and animation.
  • Develop course assets, course assessments and quizzes to measure learning outcomes, and develop and maintain course templates and style guides.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and collaborate with instructional designers, and other stakeholders to verify training needs, design content, storyboard materials, and development of courses.
  • Troubleshoot and debug course issues along with ensuring courses are compliant with accessibility standards is vital.
  • Work independently and manage multiple projects and simultaneously prioritize projects as they are assigned/developed to meet deadlines.
  • Manage the outsourced LMS and integrated registration system.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
• 3+ years of experience developing eLearning courses
• Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Lectora
• Knowledge of SCORM and AICC standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Special Requirements:

  • Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position.

Annual Salary is $61,350.00

Primary Working Hours are M-F; 8-5
