eLearning Instructional Design Remote Job

Our client (construction materials producer/distributor) has developed a training program outline and all related content for their sales training program and requires an eLearning Instructional Designer/Developer to provide consultation and then create eLearning modules using the existing content. The modules will be created in Storyline or RISE.

They are seeking an Instructional Designer/Developer who is skilled in ADDIE and best practices for adult learning who can provide ideas and consultation on the structure and level of interactivity for this eLearning training program. In this role you will have weekly meetings with the internal team to provide ideas, make decisions, and move the process along.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

• Preferred: Degree in Instructional Technologies, Education, or certification in eLearning Development.
• 10+ years’ experience in Instructional Design (ADDIE) and hands on eLearning Development
• Able to offer creative ideas and best practices
• Must have expert hands on skills with Articulate 360 (Storyline and RISE) and able to provide license
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive the project
• Must be very collaborative and also able to work independently to complete the work and meet deadline

• Background check might be required for chosen consultant

Start: ASAP
Duration: ~8 weeks
Hours: Up to 40 h ours per week with flexible working hours (available for meetings in CST)
Location: 100% virtual
