Sublime Media is immediately hiring for an experienced Courseware and Front-End Web Developer to join our team on a 6 month contact with the potential to extend. Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience.

ABOUT YOU: You are an experienced Courseware and Front-End Web Developer eager to grow and expand your skill set in the eLearning industry. You describe yourself as creative, collaborative, and flexible; friends and coworkers describe you as empathetic, hardworking, and quirky. You love web technology and have strong computer literacy. You’re excited about learning how to use new tools and creatively push through the constraints of tools. You also have solid communication skills that will be utilized while collaborating directly with writers, visual designers, and other creative professionals. You are an expert technical problem-solver and when you come up with a solution, you consider the implications to the whole project. You are organized and prioritize well, think creatively, have a sense of humor, and are a flexible thinker.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

· Fluency and passion for Articulate Storyline 360 (confident working with Storyline triggers and custom navigation)

· Familiarity with Bootstrap

· Experience using GitHub

· HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript familiarity

· Experience with bug tracking systems

· Ability to adapt to shifting deadlines and manage your time and priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Strong communication skills since you’ll be working directly with instructional, visual, and motion designers, project managers, developers, and editors

· Able to be responsive during core business hours, M-F 9-5 Pacific Standard Time

· Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

· Vue Framework familiarity

· Knowledge of LMS communication standards such as SCORM, AICC, xAPI

· Experience working with a QA team

· Developing with accessibility needs in mind

· Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
