The E-learning Specialist will create and update technical and soft training materials (training manuals, technical training courses, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials) to provide a standardized and integral learning experience for our team members.

The position includes but is not limited to below key responsibilities:

  • Digitalization of the training material by recording and editing operational content.
  • Creating storyboards, training guides, support materials and/or scripts for e-learning courses and videos and for cyclical and non-cyclical trainings.
  • Responsible for managing LMS system, including but not limited to uploading and updating course content, reporting, new user training and main point of contact with provider.
  • Work with Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, and programmers to support eLearning content requirements.
  • Support implementation of training platform (LMS) and updates and monitors usage to update and improve the learning experience.
  • Conducts restaurant onboarding for support center employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in e-learning, adult education, and/or multimedia training materials development.
  • Experience with audio and video editing software preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish Plus
