    Responsibilities

    • eLearning Project Development
    • Directs and controls activities to meet budgeted financial objectives.
    • Through experience, applies sound judgment, resolves issues/problems associated with business operations, internal/external facing projects and/or personnel issues.
    • Makes decisions and recommendations that have an impact on the operations and/or client projects within defined area of responsibility.
    • Maintains routine communications related to daily operations with subordinates, peers, and upper management to ensure alignment of efforts and attainment of pre-defined goals.
    • Works closely with clients and internal teams to document scope and client expectations during project intake
    • Coordinates supplier and client resources to create dev-ready content development projects
    • Identifies and engages with subject matter experts
    • Supports design of business- and development-ready learning solutions
    • Manages multiple concurrent training-related design and development projects
    • Manages constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost to deliver specified requirements
    • Maintains records and documents repository
    • Provides access to client tools, authoring tools, standards, testing hardware, source content
    • Maintains critical paths and milestones
    • Liaise with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to sustain project communications
    • Addresses project delays or scope changes in a timely manner according to SLAs
    • Identifies risks and works closely with client and internal service leads for prompt problem resolution and appropriate escalation procedures
    • Works towards reducing costs and/or creating added value within the department, Business Unit or service line
    • Confers with next level of management to ensure actions and practices of the department are aligning with the organizations business plan.
    • Provides business related and technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers as appropriate.
    • Establishes and reviews goals, objectives, and performance and development activities of assigned staff

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Three or more years’ experience managing projects, including monitoring project scope and budget, creating project schedules, managing project resources, resolving issues, and reporting status or equivalent
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects under aggressive deadlines

    Desired Attributes

    • Familiarity/experience with instructional design, adult learning, and/or content development (e.g., ADDIE, Agile) for common modalities (e.g., WBT/OLT, ILT, VILT, etc.)
    • Familiarity/experience in Agile methodologies including SCRUM and Kanban
    • Relationship development and management
    • Operational and financial acumen
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Laser-sharp attention to detail
    • Demonstrated experience in problem solving
    • Collaborative approach to issue resolution
    • Adaptability/flexibility, and dealing with ambiguity
    • Positive, enthusiastic, “can do” approach to work
