The Associate Consultant/Instructor is responsible for the success of their assigned Oracle project/training events and committed to superior customer service. They are expected to participate in the development of plans for continuous personal and professional growth. Control aspects of the customer event (i.e. instruction, application implementation, environment, setup etc.) to ensure success. Produce quality deliverables on a project (i.e. assessments, communication, curriculum development, Tutor, eLearning). Continually develop capacity to deliver services that add value to the customer and grow their understanding of basic concepts. Provide support to project team, project management, and upper management. Meet utilization targets. Travel as needed.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. BS or equivalent functional or professional experience preferred. Has obtained or is working towards applicable industry recognized certifications (OCP, CPA, CPIM).

- Manage and deliver project management tasks
- Monitor and report key project financial metrics, including contractual scope management
- Escalate project financial risks as appropriate
- Maintain and monitor accurate forecast to ensure project financial health, proactively adjusting as necessary
- Manage the support of project client events, ensuring appropriate resource alignment
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
Basic Qualifications
- At least 5 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 1 year learning/adult education, project/program management, healthcare information technology (hcit) consulting and/or other client-facing or hcit solution work experience
- At least 4 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, Health Care, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications Expectations
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
- Willing to travel up to 100% as needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
