    The Learning Consultant II customizes and delivers education services to external customers.

    This position is responsible for the success of their assigned Federal learning development projects and committed to superior customer service. They are expected to:

    • Participate in the development and maintenance of instructor-led training assets for continuous, ongoing, site-based enterprise software deployments.
    • Support aspects of the customer event (i.e. trainer education, question parking lot, training domain staging, environment, setup etc.) to ensure success.
    • Produce quality deliverables on a project (i.e. ILT assets, performance support documents, assessments, eLearning scripts).
    • Continually develop subject matter expertise in an assigned learning track.
    • Provide support to project team, project management, and upper management.
    • Meet utilization targets.

    Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. BS or equivalent functional or professional experience preferred. Has obtained or is working towards applicable industry recognized certifications (OCP, CPA, CPIM). Has 1 plus years technical or professional experience using Oracle products, methods or related software.

    • Consult with and coordinate between Oracle Heatlh and client project leaders to identify capability gaps impacting current and future business strategies
    • Develop appropriate learning curriculum to meet business needs including process design and solution adoption best practices to address gaps in motivation and ability
    • Prepare lesson plans including methods, materials and documentation to be presented
    • Revise, modify and develop course content to address current solution features, functions and workflow to address client needs
    • Evaluate learning solution effectiveness using best practice methodologies aligned with performance and business outcomes
    • Conduct training and classroom-based coaching onsite and in virtual environments that build motivation and ability

    Basic Qualifications

    • At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
      • At least 1 year learning/adult education, project/program management, healthcare information technology (hcit) consulting and/or other client-facing or hcit solution work experience
      • At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
        • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, Health Care, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

    Preferred Qualifications Expectations

    • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
    • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
